I offer different study plans:

There's no real mystery when it comes to studying the Drum set in the formal sense. I offer an intensive traditional study plan that encompasses all genres of American music, and world influences. For example  there is  a rich history of classic method books that teachers and students have shared for years and will continue to do so.Wether your beginner or a professional whether your in an elementary school or in a conservatory of music, you will eventually have to have learn this vocabulary.

       I teach from many of these standard books in addition to my own material and methods.The fact that I have studied with many of the authors of these classic books and with some of the most important and influential teachers, gives me an advantage in teaching.I add countless variations that are tailored fit for each individual student.They are designed to enable the student to create there own variations while providing the proper foundation and vocabulary that is essential in becoming an accomplished rounded professional.

In addition I teach in-depth world rhythms and music history.
I also will provide the foundation for orchestral, classical/mallet percussion.

My approach in teaching Latin Percussion is similar. 

Timbales, Congas, Bongos, Clave, Cajon, Guiro,Tambora Shakere, Maracas, ect.


  I provide formal, traditional training in latin percussion providing the student the with the proper technique and vocabulary that is essential in becoming fluent in all related genres.

I provide a solid foundation in Afro-Cuban folklore as a focus, that include studies of the different ethnic genres through out the Caribbean and South America, with in-depth studies of Brazil,


Caixa Surdo, Repinique, Tamborim, Pandero, Doumbek, and Africa. Djembe ect.


I am also available to give Ensemble Workshops that are open to all Instruments. 

I am  proficient on the Piano , I give instruction that includes music theory and arranging and also aid  in accompaniment in rehearsals and in dance classes.
